The Phone supports up to four SIP accounts, making it suitable for multi-channel work environments. It also features four customizable XML soft keys, allowing you to tailor the functions according to your daily needs, along with eight fixed feature keys that make it easy to access common functions such as call forwarding, transferring calls, muting, redialing, and speakerphone use.
Additionally, GRP2602 IP Phone boasts 5-way voice conferencing capabilities, boosting productivity and allowing effective communication with multiple individuals at once without compromising on audio quality. Whether using the handset or speakerphone, you'll experience clear and crisp sound quality during calls.
Grandstream GRP2602 IP Phone also supports 10/100 Mbps Ethernet connectivity with convertible ports and comes with an electronic hookswitch with an RJ9 jack, which can be used with Plantronics headsets. The phone is powered by a 5V power supply and does not support Power over Ethernet (PoE).
GRP2602 IP Phone also supports zero-touch provisioning, making it easy to deploy across large networks without the need for manual intervention with each device. It is compatible with Grandstream's Device Management System (GDMS), which provides a centralized interface for configuring, managing, and monitoring deployments of Grandstream devices.
