Grandstream GBX20 is an advanced expansion module designed to elevate the functionality and productivity of Grandstream’s high-end IP phones including the GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650, GRP2670, as well as the GXV3350 and GXV3450 IP video phones.
With a 4.3-inch TFT color display and a resolution of 272x480, the GBX20 delivers a clear and user-friendly interface. It features 20 dual-color programmable keys with 2 arrow keys for switching between two pages, enabling support for up to 40 contacts or extensions per module.
Up to four GBX20 modules can be connected in a daisy-chain configuration, offering a total of 160 programmable extensions or contacts – ideal for businesses with high call volumes, such as call centers and front desks.
This module supports a wide range of advanced telephony features such as Busy Lamp Field (BLF), call park and pick-up, speed dial, presence monitoring, intercom, voice conferencing, call transfer, and call forwarding. These capabilities make it easy for users to monitor, manage, and dispatch calls efficiently.
